We are a medical practice specializing in Pediatrics with two physicians who
are board certified in Ped iatrics,
who have been recognized as Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics (FAAP),
and who are also parents. Dr. Rosa Fuste is the proud Mom of Jonathan and Rebecca. Dr. Tien Vanden Hoek is the proud Mom of
Daniel and Matthew. We have been active in clinical
practice, resident teaching, and community education for a combined 35 years,
and have lived on the Peninsula with our families for a combined 20 years.
This is what we believe:
 | We believe that while children are 25% of our population, they are 100% of
our future, and must be treated as such.

| We believe that when the healthcare of a loved one is "managed"
from afar by corporate medicine, it may suffer in the name of profit and
politics.

| We believe that Pediatrics should be a partnership between parents and their
pediatrician. The sole focus should be the happiness and healthy
development of their children, unfettered from any "corporate
concerns."

| We believe that patients should not be turned away
because of inability to pay.

| We believe that healthcare is best when it is personal and professional,
parents and physicians working together as partners for the health,
well-being, and growth of their children. |
